Om tjänsten som IT-samordnare
I rollen som IT-samordnare ansvarar du för allt IT-underhåll & support samt administration och kommunikation kring IT-relaterade frågor.
Du rapporterar till administrativ chef, men har ett mycket nära samarbete med skolans rektor vad gäller utveckling och effektivisering och tillsammans ansvarar vi för att koordinera skolan.
Exempel på arbetsuppgifter (formulerade på engelska)
IT:
- Technical IT support for the management, administration and teachers
- Maintenance of the projectors, Chromecast, sound, TVs and other classroom, corridors and overall school IT equipment
- Maintenance of school network
- Maintenance of printers in school
- Maintenance of computer trolleys
- Maintenance of phone network in school
- Maintenance of staff devices: PCs, chromebooks, phones and other
- Onboarding and offboarding of staff with documentation, IT equipment and services accounts
- Entire IT documentation, instructions, guidelines
- IT security of the school users and network
- Digitalisation of the school
- Creating routines and processes for staff in terms of usage of Information Technology
- IT training and guidance for the staff and students
- IT training and guidance for parents, especially in SchoolSoft
- Hardware repairs and warranty handovers
- Head Office projects implementation
- Cooperation with 3rd party companies working for us within IT
- Coordinating outsourced IT companies
- Keeping IT inventory up to date
- Supporting the economist with IT budget answers and reports
- Informing the management with ongoing IT related issues, problems and needs
- Planning for procurement and budget before forthcoming year
- Ordering, planning shopping and processing order for IT equipment during the year
- National Tests IT preparation and support
- Special events and special days preparation from IT perspective
- Archivization and storage of all broken, and old IT devices
- Creating and maintaining templates of official documents for staff
- Controller of a google sheet tool related to work environment checklists
