UK focused Recruitment Researcher
Our small but expanding legal recruitment company is looking for a candidate to support the Managing Director in sales and assist with implementing company strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for interpreting client needs, finding suitable applicants and seamlessly communicating this to the MD. This is the key driver for the growth of the business.
- Assist with research and expansion into other legal recruitment markets (BeneLux, Germany, Nordics), identifying target clients and assisting with BD activities.
- Assist with overspill of CV formatting and other research tasks on an ad hoc basis.
- Quarterly accounts, including client invoicing, liaising with accountants and payroll.
- Assess other business opportunities presented to the Company.
- Plan business trips for the MD.
This role is to be home based in the Stockholm area.
Fluent English is a must, especially impeccable written English;
Familiarity with the UK law firm landscape, including but not limited to private equity, funds, finance and other specialist areas of the legal market;
Ability to make cold calls [in English] requiring confident telephone skills;
General accounting expertise needed to assist with the book-keeping for a fast growing and international company;
Strong problem-solving skills necessary to assist clients in filling their vacancy needs; and,
Excellent collaboration with the existing team a must.
